Thomas W. Jung, born in 1966 in Rio de Janeiro, finished his studies at the University of St. Gallen in 1992 with a licentiateship in business management. From 1992 to 1996 Jung served at Daimler Benz Aerospace (today EADS) in various capacities in Munich, Amsterdam and Hamburg. Since 1996 he has been leading the ACUTRONIC–Group bought from the workout department of UBS. ACUTRONIC is the worldwide leading supplier of Motion Test and Simulation Systems for the Aeronautic, Space, Defense and Automotive markets. The company with its headquarters in Bubikon / Zürich has approximately 120 employees and disposes of branches in Switzerland and the USA. Jung is active at Swissmem and in several boards of directors. Additionally, he manages the family business Giroud Olma AG in Olten.
