Director Customs Affairs, DHL Freight Switzerland. He started his career in 1986 with the then Danzas AG and since its takeover by Deutsche Post DHL has been Director Customs Affairs at DHL Freight and CEO of the subsidiary company Gerlach AG Switzerland which specialises in customs clearance. He is a member of the Customs Committee of Spedlogswiss and from 2004 to 2009 was Chairman of the Customs Affairs Institute of the FIATA international logistics federation.
